Inevitable ageing aside, my most favouritest favourite was definitely my new iPhone, I snapped the white 4S up for £26 a month! I then found the cutest phone case in H&M for a wee £4! Now for te beauty bits... The one absolutely must have for at least the past month has been the Origins Out of Trouble Mask (which is currently being held hostage at the boyfriends *sob*!), when you have a spot, it makes it either go away or reduced the size by miles. The best part is it sorts out both open break outs and those pesky spots that have no opening for the nasties to escape! It's well worth it's £20 and I will 100% repurchase it when I run out.
I think I mentioned a few weeks back, but I had a massive makeup drawer clear out, and actually rediscovered a few of my old favourites. The Jemma Kidd Dewy Glow should not have been forgotten for as long as it has been, it lifts cheekbones beautifully and has made it's way back in to my everyday make up routine. I also dug out my Benefit Eye Bright jumbo pencil... I love this product, but I had lost my jumbo pencil sharpener and consequently this went unloved for a long time. I finally got off my bum this month and bought a new one and i'm so glad I did - tired eyes be gone! Next up is the Revlon Grow Luscious, it's beginning to dry out, so when I found it I made a point of using it up, I love it as it gives the lashes a lovely fluttery look, it's not great when you first buy it though as it can make lashes appear a bit clumpy, it definitely improves with age!
I also have a few new favs this month, I picked up Beehive from Boots No.17 range after hearing good things about it for years now, I've worn it so much as it's a lovely shade. The only downside is it's slightly too creamy and you do end up going through them very quickly as a result. I also picked up Neon Rose from Topshop. It's a cream blush and gives such a lovely pop of colour to the cheeks, not at all natural, but still amazing. I pop it on with a real techniques stippling brush and it blends beautifully. Finally, I picked up the Dr Jart + Water Fuse BB Cream. The perfect product for a lazy day, it gives the skin a subtle airbrushed look, hydrates and just gives a nice all round glow - in a non bronzy and non glittery kind of way - perfect for winter in my opinion!
That's it for September's favourites! I'm off to sort out my newest purchases (some of which may pop up in next months favourites post...) and snuggle up in bed with a massive hot drink as i'm nursing a cold on my birthday - happy days!
