Although I love the DrySpun Finishing Spray, I find that my hair has quite a lot of texture to it anyway, so (depending on what I use to wash my hair) I don't always need to use it. Despite this my hair is still in need of a little something after it's first wash to give it a more "second day" feel. It can also look a little too matte straight after washing which is where the City Swept Finishing Spray fits perfectly into my routine. It gives a little hold and grit, accompanied by a slight sheen instead of a matte texture. This is perfect for days when my hair is doing its natural thang as things can tend to get a little fluffy if left to it's own devices.
I'm also liking it on straight hair when I have seriously fluffy hair days, it gives it the texture and weight it would have at the end of the day, but without the faff and worry I usually experience in the morning. Not everyone has crazy hair like mine, so it's not a product everyone will need in their stash, but it was a most welcome addition to mine. And the dark blue matte packaging? Nice work Bumble. Suzie approves...
P.S It's out in March (so save your payday pennies)!
