NEW TO MY WARDROBE

Five Reasons Why Benefit's Hoola Bronzer Is Awesome

1. It's the right side of brown, not too orange, but with enough warmth to lift most complexions and stop things looking too dirty,

2. It's matte, and I think it's the finish that helps to sculpt cheek bones, even without purposely contouring. Applying this over a satin finish foundation makes me feel like a real life mac makeup artist selfie (I spend far too much time on that Instagram tag).

3.It has a beautiful consistency, making applying it with different brushes so easy. For me it sits perfectly in the middle of the sheer/opaque product scale. For a heavier finish I use my real techniques buffing brush, but for a lighter finish, it works beautifully with most duo fibre or less dense powder brushes.

4. The lasting power is pretty impressive. Some bronzers I use are gone five minutes after application, but even with the "right hand on face" being my standard position of choice at my desk, it's still there by lunch time. Thumbs up.

5. This box has my name on it. Need I say more? Benefit, you the bomb (.com.... *ahem* who said that?)

  24. Hoola was actually the first bronzer I ever bought and it's still going strong! I'm interested in NARS Laguna when I want a bit more warmth/less contour but I feel like you really can't go wrong with Hoola.

  51. sounds great, hate it when it's too orange, I prefer the browner bronzer. I love my bronzers anyway they are my staple right now as we have moved to the country where I am one of the only people you see at the supermarket with make up on. (slight exageration)
