The blogging and vlogging world has felt very different to me recently. I feel like I had a week off (ish) to step back and be more of a viewer/reader this week than anything else, I spent more time on other areas of my life and I'm definitely feeling much more balanced. This isn't me hinting that I'm going anywhere, don't panic. But it's been nice to watch more vlogs, read more of other peoples content and come out of my internet cave and spend some time doing things that non-workaholics do.
Saying that. I've been loving daily vlogging so much more recently. I wish every day of my life was interesting enough (and not so draining) so I could vlog more frequently. One a week just doesn't feel frequent enough! Last weekend I vlogged the whole way through. From dinner at Bills on Friday to watching my dad complete the London to Brighton bike ride on Sunday. The photos above are from my new favourite foodie haunt, Ideya. It's fresh, simple, home made shizz that tastes beautiful. I had a kiwi and lemonade smoothie with a spanish bean and carrot salad and goats cheese arancini *drools*. If you're visiting Brighton any time soon and aren't a pancakes/burgers/pizza kinda gal (or guy) and want something a little lighter, Ideya will be perfect.
P.S I just realised my hair is looking longgggg - when did that happen!?
