The service is a little off as with any start up, but I love the concept and feel of the place so I'll let that one slide (for now - sloppy service is one of my major annoyances in life). They claim to be zero waste, trade directly with all the local farmers and make a whole load of things like their yoghurt on site. I had their breakfast granola, which was so yummy (and such a huge portion size!), whilst Josh made his way through their bacon bagel. We also had fresh pressed apple and pair juice which is one of my favourite drinks so I was rather chuffed.
Their bakery is what was really up my street though, if I hadn't been so full from breakfast I would have sampled everything without a second thought - they make their own sourdough - that's all I'm saying *drools*.
I wish I was going out for bunch today, but I'm staying in cleaning and working on a few things for this little space. Though to make my self feel a tad better I did make myself french toast - swings and roundabouts.
