Breakfast, brunch, lunch – I’m not even sure what this was. I think we were just a tad too late out to be calling this breakfast yesterday, but pancakes are great at any time of the day so we’ll overlook this one. We stopped by Cafe Coho yesterday morning for coffee which naturally then turned into a full on breakfast bonanza.
Pancakes, maple syrup and bacon for me, and a bacon sandwich (it looked fancier than it sounds, trust me) for Josh. It was surprisingly warm (read: I didn’t need gloves and a hat) so I ordered an iced latte, whilst Josh went for it’s non-iced counterpart. Cafe Coho is one of those pinterest-esque cafes, with high ceilings and low hanging lights. Porcelain basins with rose gold piping sit behind the counter, and the walls that aren’t brick are painted elephant grey. As you can imagine, this – along with the discovery that they do amazing pancakes – had me smitten.
Apart from out venture out for breakfast (and a little guitar shopping – not for me, obviously), I’ve been keeping things quiet as I’m a little nervous about this coming week. There’s the potential to be in London every day from Thursday to Monday, and a lot to fit in, so I’m not really sure what next weeks Sunday post is going to look like! One thing I know is that I AM being reunited with Luce – by hook or by crook, so what ever happens I’ll be happy.
